WatchNotes Beta Program Agreement

WatchNotes is in beta. This agreement is between you and the developer of WatchNotes. It covers taking part in the beta program and the gift subscription that comes with it, and supplements the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Who can take part

Anyone with an active WatchNotes account that is at least 7 days old can join. Taking part is voluntary, and you can stop at any time.

Beta version

WatchNotes is still in development. Features can change, work with errors or disappear. We do our best to keep your diary safe, but we can’t promise the app will always work without interruptions.

Feedback

We are glad to get bug reports and ideas at [email protected]. By sending feedback, you allow us to use it to improve WatchNotes.

The gift

Each participant can get one App Store code for a month of WatchNotes Plus for one account, no more often than once every 30 days, and no more than 3 codes in total per account. Only one code is given per network (IP address) per 30 days. WatchNotes PRO is not included in the gift.

The code is personal: do not sell it, pass it on or publish it. Getting codes with several accounts, by automation or in other unfair ways breaks this agreement. We may stop giving codes to such accounts and block them.

Subscription after the free month

The code is redeemed in the App Store under Apple’s rules. After the free month, the subscription renews at the regular price unless you cancel it in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

Changes and the end of the program

We may change these terms or end the beta program and the gifts at any time. Codes already given stay valid for as long as Apple allows. If the terms change, we will ask you to sign the new version before the next gift.

Data

When you sign, we store the date and time, the version of this agreement, a hashed IP address and the browser name. We use them only to run the program and to prevent abuse.

Signing

You sign this agreement by entering the code sent to your account’s email. A copy of the agreement comes to the same email together with your App Store code.
